If you are a Samsung employee having trouble logging into WATCH-Q
(via Single Sign On), please follow the steps below
  1. 1. Open Internet Explorer. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  2. 2. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted sites icon (the green tick)
  3. 3. Click Sites. Enter spms.samsungnetwork.com and click Add.
  4. 4. Click Close, and then click OK
